An interesting next step in the Iron Kingdoms plan for world domination, Lock & Load: Iron Kingdoms Character Primer ships to retailers next week. Weird: Lock & Load is apparently the name of a line, but the cover art has it all big like a title, and the individual Character Primer title is all tiny. Typography has gone mad the world over, I tell you! Anyway. I like this idea as a way of recasting the player’s-handbook to an individual setting and a smaller book in general. We’ll see if Privateer maintains the high standards of previous IK material as they expand their line.
