Z-Man Games and Spectrum Game Studios are giving us a peek at some art samples from Cartoon Action Hour. The print version, due in February, will be nearly 100 pages longer than the PDF version, and according to the Spectrum website, will contain close to 60 illustrations. The samples shown in the preview thus far give a good sense of what the game will be like: playing the roles of characters in G.I. Joe, Transformers, Thundercats, or whatever other action cartoon you feel like. Another preview art piece will be added to the site each week until the game’s print release in just over a month. I’m tempted to really mess with my players’ heads and run them through the old Dungeons & Dragons cartoon.
