According to a story on Eric Noah’s D&D 3 News, the Warlords CCG, coming from AEG in April, will be directly based on the D20 System of D&D 3. The game cards have a class, level, and armor class, as well as other parts of D&D. Creature cards add their attack bonus to a D20 die roll and try to beat the AC of their opponent in order to hit.
