If you’re on the fence about heading to Gen Con this year, there are a couple of upcoming deadlines to keep in mind. Event Submission – a big deadline for exhibitors – ends this Friday, March 20th, and Event Registration will begin (and rapidly fill, undoubtedly) on April 19th. Now that Gen Con LLC has sorted out its restructuring, the Lucasfilm lawsuit, and fended off the takeover attempt, the hope is that more focus will be put on making the “Best Four Days of Gaming” better than ever. We are rolling right along here at Gen Con and continue to be excited about the upcoming show! We have a few reminders for you to check out.

Event Submission closes March 20th
Cycle 3 of event submission closes on March 20th. If you want your events to be active in time for event registration and included in the on-site program book, make sure to get everything submitted in the registration system within the next week!
To send us your event details, you can use the online submission form. You will also want to check the EO/GM web page and the Event Host Policy for additional information on running events at Gen Con.
If you have already submitted your events, take a few minutes to check on their status and details to make sure that everything is in order before event registration begins next month.

Event Registration opens April 19th
Mark your calendars! Event Registration opens Sunday, April 19th at 12:00 noon (Eastern). More details will be coming as we get closer to the date!
