Sometimes, you spot an impressive gamebook on a friend’s shelf, and wish you could take it home with you because it’s out of print, and you’ll never get your buddy to part with it. Thankfully, Monte Cook Games is bringing back Ptolus, one of the most impressive D&D supplements ever, in a new Kickstarter campaign. Originally published by Malhavoc Press in 2006, the new edition will be available for 5e or the Cypher System, as well as the original 3e version. Print editions will deliver in early 2021, and a wide range of PDF supplements will whet your appetite if you opt to order the appropriate reward level.
