ACD Distribution is taking steps to improve its shipping times to the western side of the US by opening a new warehouse just a bit down the road from me, in Fresno, CA. The California warehouse will begin shipping out orders on December 2. Retailers will be able to continue ordering from their usual ACD sales rep, who will sort out which warehouse will send things out. I'd expect some improvement in shipping times of major product lines, or at least a cheaper shipping overhead for ACD.
